Casa Zen Villa - Puerto Calero

The host was excellent, always available and easy to communicate with. the location was superb, in a quiet and safe area with upscale surroundings. the accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was a big plus. the communal pool was excellent and there was ample parking available. the hotel was also conveniently located near the harbor with plenty of good restaurants and a small supermarket.

One minor downside was the lack of English TV channels, which could have been a nice addition.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely villa in Puerto Calero. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean and fresh it was. The host, Sergio, was helpful and friendly, providing me with great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. He even were great by stocking the villa with water, wine, snacks, and the makings of a meal on the first night. The villa was also equipped with essentials like dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, and coffee, making my stay even more convenient. The location was perfect, with a short 7-minute walk to Puerto Calero, a small and peaceful resort with plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had Netflix included on the TV. I also appreciated having a washing machine and utility area at the rear of the apartment. this was one of the best holiday experiences I've had, thanks to the cleanliness, helpful staff, and great location.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Casa Zen had me feeling like a dolphin in a private water park! The refreshing dip in the pool was the perfect way to cool off after a day of snorkeling and fishing in the nearby area. Plus, with the stunning mountain views from the accommodation, it felt like I was swimming in paradise!

English TV channels limited.

The villa at Casa Zen was absolutely amazing! It had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine to a cozy living room. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. It even had a balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee. I felt right at home!

Personally, I'm not a fan of bidets, so having one in the bathroom was not my cup of tea. But hey, I know some people really appreciate them, so it might not bother others at all.

Enjoyed engaging in activities like hiking and fishing, plus the luxury of having a bar and a casino on site. Free parking and WiFi were very helpful. Swimming in the outdoor pool was a great way to relax.

The hotel's decoration was lovely and inviting, with cozy furnishings and a charming atmosphere. The general areas were well-kept and accessible for senior people, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel.

It would have been even better if there were more activities or entertainment options for senior guests, to make our vacation even more enjoyable.

Amazing experience at Casa Zen! The villa was located in a lovely quiet part of Puerto Calero, a short walk from the main harbor with fantastic restaurants. The property was spotless and felt cared for, like someone's actual home. The pool was great, and Sergio, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. He provided information in advance, accommodated our bag storage and even personally drove us to the airport. A true gentleman and fabulous host. I would stay here again, even if it's busy. one of the best holiday experiences I've had! 20/10.

The bedrooms were so inviting, and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a bonus. I loved the balcony where I could sip my morning tea and enjoy the beautiful view. my experience was fantastic!

Personally, I didn't really find the bidet in the bathroom necessary. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others might appreciate it.
